How do I create a hyperlink that will open in a new window?

In order to create a hyperlink that will open in a separate window when clicked; use the text below with your own values:

<a href="http://example.com/" target="_blank">My Link Text (Inspection Report)</a>

1. Replace "http://example.com" with your desired link
2. Replace My Link Text (Inspection Report) with the text you would like displayed for the link.
3. Once you have customized the hyperlink code, simple copy and paste the entire text into an Initial Description and/or Comment body
