How to Insert and Share a Link in a Task

  1. Select the task in which you want to insert a link
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and locate the Have something to say? prompt
  3. Click on the Paste Link button
  4. This will open a text box where you can paste the link you want to insert. Click the Add button to add the link to your comment
  5. After you have added your link, it will display under the text box.  You can click the link to follow the path or write a comment about the link in the text box
  6. Once you have inserted your link, post it by clicking Comment
  7. To Share the link, click on the  Copy File Link button located to the right of the file link
  8. A message will briefly appear indicating that your link has been "Copied to clipboard!" (similar function as hitting CTRL + C on Windows or Command (⌘) + C on a Mac)
  9. You can now paste the link to your desired location (CTRL + V on Windows or Command (⌘) + V on a Mac)
*Alternatively, you can post your link and close the task in one step by clicking Complete Task
