How To Add Follow-ups to Incidents

  1. Click the Brand Protection button on top menu bar
  2. Click on Incidents on the left hand navigation pane
  3. Click on an existing incident from the overview page
  4. Click on the Follow-ups tab on the top of the incidents page
  5. Click on the orange New Follow-up button
  6. Fill out the necessary options (assignee, reminder description, date, and priority) and click the orange Add new Reminder button to create the Follow-up
  7. Follow-up successfully created!
