How to add a new license and contract

A new contract must first be created in order to add a new license to an entity. This process is to ensure that Licensing, Royalty, and IP data can be accurately modeled in Ruvixx.

To create a new license under a new contract.

1. Navigate to "Entities"
2. Under the left menu bar click on Contracts
3. Contracts page will load
4. On the top right menu bar, click on the (+) button to add a "New Contract"
5. Fill in the known fields of the contract including the contract number.
6. To add a license, scroll to the bottom of the page, click (+) Add License button and fill in the necessary "Entity", "IP", and "Reporting Information."
7. Once you are finished filling in all the fields under the License, click Save
8. Once all the known fields of the Contract are completed, click Save.
