Campaign Metrics

Across campaign tables and Analysis tabs there are various metrics that can be used to gauge the performance of a Campaign. 

  • # Delivered - # of messages successfully delivered
  • # Open Rev Opps (# Open Revenue Opportunities) - Number of unresolved Revenue Opportunities in the Campaign
  • # Opened - # of messages opened
  • Bounce RateNumber Entities with attempted message deliveries but with no successful deliveries / Number Entities with attempted message deliveries in the Campaign
  • First Delivered - Date the first of any message was successfully delivered to an Entity
  • First Open - Date the first of any message was opened by an Entity
  • Last Delivered - Date last message was successfully delivered to an Entity
  • Last Open - Date the last message was opened by an Entity
  • Last Delivered Template - Template employed in the last message successfully delivered
  • Open RateNumber of Entities with at least one message opened / Number Entities in the Campaign that had a message delivered
  • Open Rev Opps (Open Revenue Opportunities) - Sum of unresolved Revenue Opportunities in the Campaign
  • Response RateNumber of Entities who have at least one Response / Number of Entities in the Campaign
  • Rev Opp Rate (Revenue Opportunity Rate) - Number of Entities with at least one Revenue Opportunity / Number of Entities in the Campaign
  • Won Rev Opp (Won Revenue Opportunities) - Sum of Revenue Opportunities in the Campaign that were won
  • Won Rev Opp Rate (Won Revenue Opportunity Rate) - Number of Entities with at least one Resolved Won Revenue Opportunity / Number of Entities in the Campaign
